ALCA Fasteners are a major supplier of large diameter bolts & nuts to the Petro-chemical, gas, oil and construction industries.
With experience dating back to 1970's ALCA has lead the way with service, reliability on quality products supplied fully certified.
We carry over 2,000 tonnes of large diameter finished and semi-finished blanks and bolts in high grade materials 95% are certified to BS EN 10204.31
Our production department has the ability to single point up to 100mm dia (4") in all high grade materials- this enables ALCA to service any urgent requirement on a quick turn around basis.
The quality and certification criteria set by our customers, has enabled ALCA Fasteners to set high standards of quality and traceability.
ALCA have been ISO 9000 approved since 1985 (in the days of BS5750). And have now achieved ISO 14001 (BSI EMS561341). With our sights now firmly set on achieving ISO 18001 to complete our Integrated Management System and HES programme.
